AFTA Chairman's Perspective
AFTA-CDC, means, "Arise From The Ashes-Community Development Corporation", for those from our great City of Pickens in Pickens, County, SC, we pride ourselves on being a small town, with big minds; our focus is rebuilding a section of Pickens in our community that was destroyed by fire in the late 60's; Each event we post, there is someone from Pickens who grew up here and attended school here who is hosting or affiliated with that event. It's not all about the events of AFTA-CDC, its about the events of our community of Pickens.
